The journal does not make editorial decisions based on the interest of the study or its likely impact. Research must be scientifically valid; in research articles, this includes scientifically sound research questions, the use of suitable methods and analysis, and the application of standards convened by the community relating to the field of research.
What are we looking for?
We are interested in individuals who commit to data sharing and innovation in scientific publishing.
Suitable candidates should:
a) have at least fifteen (15) papers in English-language, peer-reviewed journals;
b) have frequently been listed as corresponding authors (first or last authors) over the past five years; and
c) have demonstrated expertise that corresponds to the scope and requirements of the journals.

The Indian Journal of Surgical Nursing (IJSN) is a peer-reviewed and refereed professional journal dedicated to promoting adult health and medical surgical nursing practices, publishing clinical articles written by surgical nurses for surgical nurses on a wide range of surgical procedures, patient education techniques, and research findings, with the goal of supporting excellence in patient care in various healthcare settings worldwide.

They are selected on the basis of their qualificaons as editors and reviewers, as well as on the recommendaon of other current members. We regularly receive several invitaons from our journals for reviewers and editors and in various speciales.
