1. Anti-Bribery Policy
Red Flower Publications maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward bribery and corruption. All employees, subscription agents, partners, and associated persons acting on behalf of the company must uphold the highest standards of business conduct.
- Compliance: All business partners and associated persons must review and strictly comply with this policy.
- Reporting: Personnel must report any suspicious or corrupt activities immediately.
- Protection: Good-faith reports are treated with absolute confidentiality and fully supported, even if subsequent investigations yield no evidence.
- Enforcement: Red Flower Publications reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate agreements and notify regulatory authorities if bribery is suspected.
2. Subscription Policy
- Term: Subscriptions are accepted for full volumes only (January to December).
- Payment Methods: Prepayment must be made via online wire transfer, credit card link, or bank draft payable to "Red Flower Publications Pvt. Ltd, Delhi".
- Individual Accounts: For non-institutional subscriptions, payment must be made via personal cheque (Demand Drafts are not permitted), and proof of academic or hospital affiliation must be provided.
- Shipping: Deliveries are handled via courier or registered post. Physical street addresses are required; PO Box addresses are not accepted.
- Agency Terms: Authorized subscription agents receive a 15% discount. Ordered copies ship directly to the end-user.
- Digital Access: Subscription fees cover print editions only. Online access is complimentary for most journals and independent of print pricing.
- Policy Shifts: Rates and conditions are subject to change. Orders are bound by the active rates at the time of receipt.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- General Rule: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed.
- Exception: Cancellations are permitted solely in cases of verified duplicate payments.
- Service Fees: Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative service charge. Processing and special order fees remain non-refundable.
- Missing Issues (Claims): Subscribers must report missing print issues within 30 days of the official publication date.
- Claim Requirements: All claims must include the invoice number and your reference number. Please allow a minimum of one week for processing.
4. Return Policy
This policy applies exclusively to physical books and damaged journal shipments.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original packaging, unaltered condition, and returned within 120 days of delivery.

- Defective/Damaged Items: Free replacement provided; Red Flower Publications covers return shipping costs.
- Incorrect Orders: Free replacement with the correct title; Red Flower Publications covers return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: E-books, customized or personalized prints, and items clearly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- Customers must contact customer service to secure an RMA number prior to shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days using the original payment method.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, except in cases of duplicate payment.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- E-books: All e-book sales are final.
- Customized or personalized books/journal issues: These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Books/journal issues marked as "final sale": These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

After receiving a full payment before the publication of the issue, you should expect quarterly publication in India in about 15 days and in other countries in 6-8 weeks.

Yes. When renewing a subscription, just enter your name and the mailing information as shown on the mailing label. Your information will be matched and your subscription will be renewed. Throughout the year, you can also come back to any order you have placed with us, choose renewal, and even add a continuous "auto-renew" to the subscription order.
If you want to place gift order, please specify this option by clicking on the gift option in the ordering process. You can include an optional short message to the recipient during checkout. (If you forgot to do it, please contact us and we will take care of it for you.)
In India, the first issue usually arrives within 15 days after publication and in other countries within 6-8 weeks. We do not determine the speed of delivery. When ordering gift subscription, we usually send a gift card to the recipient informing them that they will soon receive a journal subscription as a gift. This card contains the name of the magazine, the date of publication, the name and address of the gift recipient, and information on our customer service.

If you buy a subscription through Red Flower Publication Private Limited, you can change the delivery address via our website. Just enter your email and password to access your accountM. (If you forgot your password, ask for a password reminder.) Then select "Modify Shipping Address" and enter a new address. That's all. Once you update the shipping address, all issues sent to that address will be sent to the new address provided. But please note that changes may take 15 days in India and 6-8 weeks in other countries. If you have questions, please contact a customer service specialist.
Cancellations are not accepted after payment is completed, except for double payment. The claim for undelivered items must be made within 90 days of the publication date and no later than 120 days of purchase; if Red Flower Publication Private Limited is not informed of non-delivery within 120 days of purchase, the refund will not be processed. Processing and special orders are not refundable. All cancelled subscriptions are subject to a 10% service charge.
The claim for missing issues must be submitted within 90 days of the date of publication. When the delivery of the requested quantity is traced to the address of the subscriber, replacement copies will be sent only after the receipt of an additional payment at a single issue rate after the claim period. Publishers retain the right to provide replacement of the copies that are missing. Claims submitted after 3 months will not be replaced without additional payment.
