Dr. Jaivin Jaisingh J is a passionate and accomplished Professor of Medical-Surgical Nursing with over 12 years of rich academic and clinical experience. Dedicated to shaping the next generation of healthcare pioneers, he excels in administering advanced education, driving curriculum design, and fostering collaborative research environments. He currently serves as a Professor at T.S. Mishra University's T.S. Misra College of Nursing in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, where he has successfully led the Medical-Surgical Nursing department for nearly two years. In this role, he develops innovative curricula, mentors junior faculty, and conducts impactful research on nursing education methodologies to elevate student learning outcomes. Prior to his current tenure, Dr. Jaivin held vital academic positions across India, including serving as an Associate Professor at KMC College of Nursing in Gorakhpur and MES College of Nursing in Maharashtra. Throughout these roles, he seamlessly blended classroom leadership with practical patient care management, bridging the gap between industry standards and clinical practice. His foundational years as an Assistant Professor at Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Nursing in Moradabad further solidified his expertise in academic leadership. Dr. Jaivin stands out for his deep expertise in online teaching, grant writing, and interdisciplinary collaboration. An exceptional communicator, he is fluent in five languages—English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam—enabling him to connect effortlessly with diverse student populations and healthcare teams.
