Burns is a common problem in India. The most common cause is suicidal, where the patient pours kerosene over one self and lights on fire. Eyelid injuries are common in such instances. When left to heal by secondary intention, it leads to contracture and thereby leading to the dreadful complication of ectropion. Conventional Tarsorapphy described is invasive. In this article we would like to describe a non invasive method of tarsorapphy to prevent eyelid ectropion.
