Abstract

Postoperative recovery remains a critical phase in patient care within medicalsurgical nursing. This review explores evidence-based interventions that have demonstrated effectiveness in enhancing recovery outcomes. Key areas include pain management, early mobilization, prevention of complications (such as infections and thromboembolism), patient education, and psychosocial support. By synthesizing findings from recent literature, the article emphasizes the importance of personalized care and interprofessional collaboration in promoting safe and timely recovery.
