The journal does not make editorial decisions based on the interest of the study or its likely impact. Research must be scientifically valid; in research articles, this includes scientifically sound research questions, the use of suitable methods and analysis, and the application of standards convened by the community relating to the field of research.
What are we looking for?
We are interested in individuals who commit to data sharing and innovation in scientific publishing.
Suitable candidates should:
a) have at least fifteen (15) papers in English-language, peer-reviewed journals;
b) have frequently been listed as corresponding authors (first or last authors) over the past five years; and
c) have demonstrated expertise that corresponds to the scope and requirements of the journals.

<p>The Journal of Orthopedic Education (JOE) is the flagship publication of Red Flower Publications, dedicated to disseminating high-quality, clinically relevant content in orthopedic education. The journal publishes a wide range of articles, including comprehensive review papers, original research studies, case reports, and practical department features, all of which undergo rigorous peer review to ensure clinical relevance, technical accuracy, and clarity. JOE covers a broad spectrum of topics in orthopedics, including surgical procedures, diagnosis and treatment, arthroscopy, sports medicine, injuries, pediatric and geriatric orthopedics, and rehabilitation, welcoming contributions from experts worldwide.</p>

They are selected on the basis of their qualificaons as editors and reviewers, as well as on the recommendaon of other current members. We regularly receive several invitaons from our journals for reviewers and editors and in various speciales.

- Timely Reviews: Complete assigned reviews within deadlines.
- Manuscript Contributions: Submit at least three manuscripts to the journal annually.

- Journal Scope: Define and update the journal's aims, scope, and topics of interest.
- Inclusive Ethos: Foster an inclusive environment, prioritizing quality, integrity, and relevance.
- Editorial Decisions: Make decisions on manuscripts after peer review.
- Reviewer: Act as a reviewer for manuscripts requiring objective quality reports.
- Community Engagement: Promote the journal within your network, raising awareness of publications and developments.
- Recruitment: Invite colleagues to join the editorial board, guest edit, or submit manuscripts.
