Introduction

One of the youngest Head of the Department and completed 6 years successfully at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Carved and elevated the Orthopaedic Department to a state of art centre for Joint replacement, Arthroscopy and Advanced spine surgery. My department is preferred next to AIIMS New Delhi in Orthopaedic post-graduation course by the PG aspirants. As a surgeon performed more than 5000 orthopaedic surgeries and treated more than 1,00,000 orthopaedic patients in last 15 years. Designed several orthopaedic equipment’s and instruments in collaboration with IIT Bhubaneswar, SOA university, Munjal University, etc applied for patent. Granted patent in multiaxial fracture reduction device, smart shoe and Posterolateral tibial plate. With special interest in teaching and innovation, presented more than 100 academic lectures in different national platforms. Written a book for the nation, “Digital payment blue print for shining India.
