Fractures of the radial head are one of the most demanding injuries around the elbow, and it becomes a challenge when faced with a severely comminuted Mason Type III pattern. We encountered such a situation in a 33-year-old right-hand dominant woman who fell from a height and presented with pain, swelling, and restricted elbow motion. Imaging revealed a radial head shattered beyond the possibility of reconstruction. Recognising the limitations of fixation, we opted for radial head replacement using a monopolar press-fit prosthesis through the Kocher approach. Intraoperatively, care was taken to restore stability without overstuffing the joint, and early mobilisation was encouraged from the first postoperative day. At the three-month review, the patient had regained almost full pronation and supination, with an arc of flexion from 10° to 130° and a Mayo Elbow Performance Score of 95. Post-operative x-rays confirmed a well-placed implant without evidence of loosening. This report highlights that in young, active patients with irreparable radial head fractures, monopolar press-fit arthroplasty offers stability, enables early mobilisation, and can provide excellent functional recovery. Introduction: Comminuted radial head fractures, particularly Mason Type III, present significant challenges in achieving stable fixation. Radial head arthroplasty has emerged as a preferred option when reconstruction is not feasible, especially in young, active individuals. Case Report: We present the case of a 33-year-old right-handed female who sustained a Mason Type III radial head fracture following a fall from height. Due to severe comminution and articular disruption, open reduction and internal fixation was not possible. The patient underwent radial head replacement using a press-fit prosthesis via the Kocher approach. Early mobilisation was initiated on postoperative day five. At 12 weeks, the patient achieved a flexion-extension arc of 10°130° and near-complete forearm rotation, with a Mayo Elbow Performance Score of 95. Radiographs confirmed stable implant positioning without signs of loosening. Conclusion: Monopolar press-fit radial head arthroplasty is a reliable and effective solution for managing irreparable radial head fractures, promoting early rehabilitation and excellent functional outcomes in young patients.

10 years boy with H/O fall came to Accident and Emergency to Vijaya Hopsital & Trauma Center Belagavi diagnosed as left displaced supracondylar fracture Humerus. On Examination patient had Radial ray-defect with hypoplasia of thumb and absence of radial artery, on Doppler study showed complete absence of radial artery, and since birth with tetrology of Fallot, and scoliosis diagnosed as VATERS Syndrome, It is thought to be a combination of genetic predisposition and environmental factors. This happens in early stages of embryo development during pregnancy. The term VATER is an acronym that identifies parts of the body that didn’t form properly during fetal development. Each case of VATER Syndrome is unique. A diagnosis occurs if your child at least three parts of their body affected by Symptoms.

Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor is a benign yet locally aggressive tumor arising from synovium, tendon sheaths, or bursae. We report a rare presentation of recurrent TGCT of the right thumb in a 48-year-old female. Complete surgical excision was performed successfully with good postoperative outcomes. This report highlights the clinical features, diagnostic workup, surgical management, histopathological findings, and recent advances in TGCT

A 50-year-old Indian female experienced severe left knee pain in cold weather without any history of trauma. The pain was not relieved with Diclofenac sodium or acetaminophen. She subsequently received different modalities of physiotherapy treatment but the pain was not relieved. We provide her multidisciplinary treatment with 30 sessions of electric acupuncture, anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, methyl cobalamin, folic acid and a combination of strong analgesic and antacid. The pain disappeared within 2 weeks and she was able to resume full activity. She denied injury, fever or any other complaints. She never experienced this type of pain before, She is performing all daily activities without any difficulty. Patients vital signs are Normal except for small left knee effusion and remarkably reduced range of motion with limping in left leg. She had no significant medical history and no tobacco use history. There was no lymphadenopathy. There was no history of fall. No other joints are ymptomatic, and she was feeling pulsating pain in her left knee. Examination of her knees shows tenderness in the medial joint line, mild effusion, and normal range of motion with intact ligaments. Her spine and hip joint are normal on examination. She had not get any consultation from a physician. She reported no prior episodes of left knee pain earlier. In sum, we can handle knee pain symptoms with a multidisciplinary approach or combination therapy, which include 30 electric acupuncture sessions and administration of antacid, strong analgesic and anti-inflammatory medicine, vitamin B-12, vitamin D-3, vitamin E, calcium supplements along with physical therapy

In complex pelvic trauma with Acetabular Fractures especially with altered biomechanics, customized total Hip replacement with Acetabular Cage reconstruction provides a reliable solution. Meticulous Pre-operative planning and individualized Surgical strategy are essential for optional outcome. Pelvic fractures are orthopedic emergencies often resulting from high-energy trauma when associated with acetabular fractures and neglected for a prolonged period, they become surgically demanding due to soft tissue contractures, cartilage damage and joint ingruvity. Total Hip Replacement is indicated in chronic acetabular fractures especially when osteonecrosis or secondary osteoarthritis has developed, and when challenge intensifies in patients with prior surgeries of Acetabular Fractures with Infection. In cases with acetabular bone loss, reconstruction with customized cages provides structural support, restoring load bearings capacity and joint congruency, we present a rare case of infected Acetabular fracture, managed with uncemented total Hip replacement and custom 3D printed cetabular Cage.
