The Indian Journal of Trauma and Emergency Pediatrics aims to provide a platform for advancing the care of injured children, by publishing original research, clinical experiences, and educational content on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of pediatric trauma and emergency conditions, with a scope that encompasses clinical, professional, and educational aspects of trauma and emergency pediatrics.

The Indian Journal of Trauma and Emergency Pediatrics is intended for healthcare professionals involved in the care of injured children, including intensivists, physicians, anesthetists, pediatricians, surgeons, cardiologists, and nurses, as well as emergency medical technicians, paramedics, and other allied health professionals, who will benefit from the journal's practical information and insights on emergency pediatrics.

The Indian Journal of Trauma and Emergency Pediatrics is a peer-reviewed and refereed journal dedicated to the care of injured children, offering practical information and insights on emergency pediatrics, through original articles, clinical issues, case reviews, pediatric updates, and drug updates, covering clinical, professional, and educational aspects of trauma and emergency pediatrics.

The caliber of a journal is directly tied to the quality of the articles it publishes, which in turn relies heavily on the rigor of its refereeing process. Effective refereeing encompasses not only a thorough evaluation of content, but also prompt communication with authors and efficient processing from submission to publication. In essence, referees form the backbone of any reputable, peer-reviewed journal. Their role is pivotal, as succinctly captured by the phrase: "The world relies on journals, and journals rely on referees." We are grateful for the expertise and contributions of the following distinguished referees, who have generously lent their support to our review process.

Discover journals are created with the needs of the research community in mind. We offer rapid, reliable and comprehensive publishing services while maintaining integrity at the heart of everything we do. Red Flower Publications' publishing team aims to support editors by removing the administrative burden of the publishing process and focusing on scientific research in submissions. Joining Discover Materials as a member of the editorial board means not only an exciting opportunity to be part of a new growing journal, but also an active, critical and dynamic role to support your community colleagues.
