Introduction


I am Dr. Rekha Kumari, MD in Anaesthesia & Critical Care, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Trauma Surgery & Critical Care at AIIMS, Patna. I am actively involved in Neurotrauma ICU Management, Perioperative & advanced hemodynamic monitoring. My academic interests include Neurocritical care, shock management, trauma resuscitation, POCUS in Critical Care and regional block for pain management. My clinical exposure was complemented by active participation in research activities, manuscript preparation, case discussion And academic presentations. As a faculty member, I am deeply engaged in teaching Post Graduate residents and nursing staff, conducting bedside training, organizing academic sessions and contributing to institutional protocol development. I am keen to contribute to the editorial board by supporting a transparent and rigorous peer review process, Encouraging clinically relevant research and enhancing the scientific quality of published work. I would be Honoured to serve and contribute meaningfully to the Journal academic mission.
