Risk Malignancy index is widely used to predict malignant ovariantumour. The aim of our study is to determine how accurately the RMI can predict malignant ovarian tumours in a high density tertiary care centre. This study is a retrospective review of 35 patients who have attended Gynaecological clinicals in Govt Rajaji Hospital Madurai between February to July 2017. Information on menopausal status, ultrasound findings, CA-l25 and histopathological examination report was collected and RMI Score was calculated for all patients.
