On Examination patient had Radial ray-defect with hypoplasia of thumb and absence of radial artery, on Doppler study showed complete absence of radial artery, and since birth with tetrology of Fallot, and scoliosis diagnosed as VATERS Syndrome, It is thought to be a combination of genetic predisposition and environmental factors.
