Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor is a benign yet locally aggressive tumor arising from synovium, tendon sheaths, or bursae. We report a rare presentation of recurrent TGCT of the right thumb in a 48-year-old female. Complete surgical excision was performed successfully with good postoperative outcomes.
