The study was pre-experimental in nature with one group pre-test and post-test design. The planned teaching programme on osteoporosis among menopausal women. The samples of 60 women’s were selected through non-probability purposive sampling technique. The instrument used for generating necessary data was a structured knowledge questionnaire. The obtained data was analyzed by using both descriptive and inferential statistical in terms of Mean, Standard Deviation, “t” value. In overall content area, mean Gain scores were comperatively higher after exposure to planned teaching programme on osteoporosis among menopausal women’s findings indicate that the planned teaching programme is a suitable and effective method of instruction. On the basis of findings, the following recommendation were made: The study can be replicate on a large sample, thereby findings can be generalized for a large population.

The total fertility rate (TFR) in Gujarat is 1.9 children per woman. High fertility is mainly attributed to the high unmet need for family planningrefers to the gap between women’s reproductive intentions and their actual use of family planning methods. It occurs when women who want to delay or avoid pregnancy are not using any form of contraception. It also includes information on men’s attitude towards women using a contraceptive method. This study aimed to assess Effectiveness of Planned Teaching Programme regarding raising women’s knowledge and awareness about Long-acting reversible contraceptives. The Pre experimental one group pre-test and post-test research design was conducted among rural women to evaluate the effectiveness of raising women’s knowledge and awareness about Long-actingreversible contraceptives. The researcher selected 60 samples based on non probity sampling technique. The results shown that the level of knowledge was improved after implementation of planned teaching, which indicates the planned teaching was effective. The researcher concluded that, the teaching aids will be helpful in improving the level of knowledge among rural women. The researcher recommended that, the community based education programme and personal behavior change education is required to save the women life and reduce the maternal morbidity and mortality in India. By prioritizing women’s education and empowerment, we can promote reproductive autonomy, improve health outcomes, and support women’s overall well-being.

Breastfeeding is a key to the comprehensive development of children, for mothers and society. Breastfeeding support is crucial as breastfeeding nourishes and provides all children with the best start in life. Breast milk acts as a baby’s first vaccine, providing critical protection from diseases and even death. Breastfeeding also allows for secure attachment, cognitive development and reduces the burden of childhood and maternal illness, lowering health care costs creating healthier families and strengthening the development of societies. The implementation of breastfeeding room or space creates greater job satisfaction because facilitates greater balance between breastfeeding and work and allows women to combine work with motherhood, in the form of continued breastfeeding. Aim and objective: The significance of provision for breastfeeding in working environment. Methodology: Information will be collected from textbooks various journals, websites regarding breastfeeding support at workplace. Result: Supporting breastfeeding in the workplace has significant human and economic benefits. Discussion: The provision of workplace, breastfeeding rooms, paid nursing breaks and an enabling breastfeeding environment culture are low cost interventions that can contribute to improve breastfeeding, job productivity and employee retention. Breastfeeding confers short term and long term benefits to both child and mother, ensuring the protection of the child against various acute and chronic disorders. Breastfeeding technique is defined as the composite of positioning, attachment and suckling during breastfeeding. Effective breastfeeding is an outcome of the proper positioning of mother and baby and also the attachment of baby to mother’s breast. Aims and Objective: To review the effective breastfeeding technique and associated factors in lactating mothers. Methodology: relevant data will be collected and reviewed from various textbooks, indexed journals and authentic website. Result: To recommend that every breastfeeding mother should be educated about effective breastfeeding techniques. Discussion: The practice of good positioning and attachment during lactation plays a great role in the practice of breastfeeding, also a baby who breast feeds effectively shows readiness for feeding and latches on deeply at the breast that satisfies the infant’s nutritional requirements and maintains the mother’s comfort. Hence education of effective breastfeeding techniques is the ideal way of promoting effective breastfeeding.

Background: It is commonly thought that the amount of sleep has declined during the past few decades along with the transition to modern 24/7 societies. This has provoked claims of an epidemic of sleep deprivation in the general population. Sleep difficulties are regarded as one of the most distressing aspects of an intensive care stay. Materials and Methods: Quantitative approach with descriptive cross-sectional survey design with convenience sampling was adopted for the study. The Study settings was Among public in UAE and the study duration was 3 weeks. The study instruments were demographic profile with 10 items and to assess the sleep pattern Athen’s insomnia assessment scale was used. A check list with 12 items were used to assess sleep disturbing factors. Results: The data reveals that among participants,44.0% (n = 91) of respondents reported having no problems with sleep. However, 31.9% (n = 66) experienced mild sleep disturbances. Around 24.2% (n = 50) reported moderate sleep problems. The data shows that many respondents face multifactorial sleep disturbances, with issues like pain (64.3%), breathing difficulty (62.8%), temperature discomfort, and use of sleep medication (63.8%) being especially prominent. Additionally, a significant portion experiences daytime sleepiness, affecting daily functioning and posing safety risks. Conclusion and Major Findings of the Study: The study concluded that sleep disturbances are common among adults and are influenced by a combination of socio-cultural, occupational, and health factors. Young adults, particularly those in the healthcare sector and smokers, were at higher risk. There is an urgent need to enhance sleep hygiene awareness, implement early screening for sleep disorders, and promote healthier lifestyle changes. Improving sleep health could lead to better physical and mental health outcomes and enhance the overall quality of life for the population.
