Abstract
Nurses responsibility is the vital part in health services which has the two major disciplines as medical and surgical. On the account of surgery nurses play a crictal and important role in maintain the quality of nursing care. The nursing care depends in the OT as the need of patients such as either diagnostic purpose or treatment with the standard safety measures in the prevention of infection .
