As a responsible open-access publisher, Red Flower Publications created this page to explain the transparency and best practices in Scholarly Publishing developed by WAME, COPE, DOAJ and OASPA.

  1. The peer review process: All manuscripts submitted to Red Flower Publications journals are subject to a double blind peer review. An overview of this process can be found on the peer review scheme. The author may appeal the editorial decision. They should send reasons for their appeal to authors@rfppl.co.in. The appeal is heard by the editor-in-chief in conjunction with one or more members of the editorial committee or associate editors. The decision of the Editor-in-Chief on the appeal will be final.
  1. Governing Body: The full name and affiliation of members of the editorial board is displayed on the editor's tab of each journal.
  1. Information about the editorial team/contact: The full names and affiliations of the editors of the journal are displayed on the editor's tab of each journal, and the contact information of the editor's office is displayed on the Contact Us page.
  1. Author fees: Author fees are clearly displayed in each journal, which we call "Article Processing Charges". They are also displayed in the author guidelines.
  1. Copyright: The CC-BY-NC/CC-BY license is displayed on each published article and in the author's guidelines (author information -copyright). Red Flower Publications publishes its articles under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial license ( CC-BY-NC). This allows for the non-commercial reuse of the published paper so long as the published paper is fully attributed. Commercial re-use can only be undertaken with the permission of the publisher. This license permits the reuse for commercial purposes, but still requires that the article is fully attributed.
  1. The identification and treatment of allegations of research misconduct: Red Flower Publications takes all reasonable measures to identify and prevent the publication of papers involving research misconduct, including plagiarism, citation manipulation and data falsification/fixation. These are described on the Publication Ethics page.
