All manuscripts submitted to Red Flower Publications are peer reviewed before publication and follow the model of double blind peer review. The decision on publication of all manuscripts is based on the advice of at least two independent peer reviewers.

Red Flower Publications has a team of qualified reviewer selection editors who carefully select peer reviewers for all publications.

Peer reviewers must meet the following criteria:

  • They should have relevant expertise in the field of the subject, which is assessed on the basis of their publications and institutional profiles. The team reviews the most recent publications of the past two or three years that are related to the subject area of the submission. These publications should be primarily in English.
  • There should be no conflicts of interest, i.e. no link to authors or other invited reviewers, no ideas, funding or commercial organizations that could interfere with their objectiveness.
  • They should have a valid and active email address.
  • The team also ensures that it selects and invites a diverse group of reviewers from different locations.
