My core objective is to utilize my comprehensive knowledge and extensive professional background, particularly in Medical-Surgical Nursing (Neuroscience Nursing), to contribute significantly to an institution's growth. I hold an M.Sc. in Nursing from RGUHS, Bangalore, and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Nursing, underscoring my commitment to continuous academic advancement. I possess an optimistic and practical approach, coupled with strong human relation, leadership, and foresight skills, making me a self-disciplined and diligent professional.
Throughout my career, I've held key roles, including Vice Principal, Sr. Lecturer, and Professor, at reputed institutions across multiple states like Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. My experience is well-rounded, encompassing both clinical and administrative responsibilities, such as college administration, INC/University/State Nursing Council coordination, class coordination, and serving as an internal and external examiner for various Health Universities.
