Introduction


Hello. I am Brigadier (Dr) Pradeep Srivastava. I bridge the worlds of military discipline, advanced healthcare administration, and medical academia. Over my 36-year career with the Indian Armed Forces, I have had the privilege of managing massive healthcare frameworks, overseeing up to 32 hospitals at a time, and designing major tertiary-care military infrastructure, such as the Command Hospital Pune.Following my military retirement, I transitioned my focus toward shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders and ensuring quality standards across public and private health sectors. Today, I serve as the Associate Professor of the Academy of Hospital Administration and teach as a Professor at KGMU Lucknow. As a certified NABH and NQAS assessor, my current mission is focused heavily on improving public hospital. accessibility, layout compliance, and operational efficiency.
