Results: Findings highlight basal cell carcinoma as the predominant type of malignant eyelid tumour. Early diagnosis and complete surgical excision are critical for optimal outcomes. Conclusion: The diverse nature of these lesions necessitates a tailored, multidisciplinary approach to optimize patient outcomes and preserve both function and cosmesis.
