Abstract: Breast cancer is most common type of cancer in female persons. It is a rare life threatening and emergency condition to require to early diagnosis and treatment for the clients. Breast cancer is when breast cells mutate and become cancerous cells that multiply and form of tumors. Breast cancer typically affects women and people assigned female at birth (AFAB) age 50 & older, but it can also affects men and people assigned male at birth (AMAB), as well as younger women. Breast cancer is uncommon in Invasive and non Invasive breast cancer. I present rare case of breast cancer in female age 56 years with noticing change in your breast like as lump/bump or mass since last 10 months. The unusual bump or mass that does not go away after the some days. Healthcare providers may treat breast cancer with surgery to remove or treatment to kill cancerous cells. Healthcare provides determine cancer types and subtypes so they tailor treatment to be as effective as possible with the fewest possible side effects.
 

Hospitalization can be a distressing experience for children, affecting their psychological, emotional, and developmental well-being. It is a significant event that affects not only the child but also the family members. It is often accompanied by physical discomfort, emotional distress, and disruptions in daily life. Children’s responses to hospitalization vary depending on their age, previous experiences, and the severity of their condition. Understanding the impact and implementing supportive strategies can help alleviate these challenges. This paper explores the effects of hospitalization on children emphasizing the possible emotional reactions, behavioural adjustments, and social disturbances. The psychological impacts of anxiety, stress, and anticipate can result in emotional suffering and prolonged coping challenges. Social isolation from peers, disrupted family relationships, and difficulties sustaining regular social interactions are all possible outcomes of hospitalization. Developmentally, prolonged or frequent hospital stays can interfere with cognitive, emotional, and physical growth, particularly in younger children1. Factors such as age, duration of hospitalization, parental involvement, and medical procedures influence the severity of these impacts. The presence of parents and skilled child life specialists can help to minimize stress and improve a child’s hospital experience. Creating a child-friendly hospital environment with scheduled routines, social interaction, and developmentally appropriate interventions can all help with emotional well-being and recovery
 

Effectiveness of Structured Teaching Program me on knowledge Regarding Substance abuse It’s Effects among adolescents age group 13-15 years in selected school at Hapur, U.P. Objectives: This study aim to assess the pre existing level of knowledge on substance abuse and its effects. To develop Structured Teaching Program me on knowledge regarding Substance abuse and its Effects. To reassess the post test knowledge on substance abuse & its effects. To determine the effectiveness of structured teaching Program me on substance abuse and its effects by comparing mean pre test and Post test knowledge score of adolescents. To determine the association the post test knowledge score with their selected socio demographical variables. Methodology: A pre experimental one group pre test post test design for this study. Data Collection took place from January to May 2018 via self Structured Questionnaire. A total of 60 adolescents students in ach group 13-15 years in Rama Secondary school, Ghaziabad. 60 samples are selected by the Non-Probability convenient sample techniques. Results: The Pre test Mean ±S.D. Knowledge score was 8.43±4.12, Mean% 24.08%, But Post Test Mean ±S.D. 18.67±3.72, Mean % 53.34%. The effectiveness of Mean ±S.D. 10.24±0.4, Mean % 29.36%. Improvement in the knowledge score of the adolescents’ students from Pre test to post test is tested for statistical significance using student’s Paired “t” test (t: 14.62), show significance difference between pre & post test score (p<0.05)
 

Nursing is one of the most rapidly evolving professions. According to statistics given by WHO, 2024 there are around 29 million nurses globally. Nurse leaders play a pivotal role in advancement of this profession. And according to WHO 2024 women make 25% of nurse leadership roles1. Though the nurse leaders play a calm and confident roles during global crisis they came across various challenges. The current study is aimed at assessing the various factors barriers the leaders are facing globally. A quantitative non-experimental descriptive correlational design was opted for the present study. A total of 73 nurse leaders were selected using convenient sampling technique. The study showed 64% of staff nurses had above average knowledge and 67% of nurses had a positive attitude. The overall mean of the knowledge was 18.9+ 2.9 and the mean of attitude was 21.8+7.1. The correlation ‘r, value of knowledge and attitude was 0.6, showed that there is a moderately positive correlation between knowledge and attitude. Among the benefits student or patient benefits were ranked first with a modified mean of 0.9 and administrative barriers were ranked first in barriers with a modified mean of 0.99.
