Background: Food and water borne illnesses are rapidly growing public health problem  worldwide. Transmission via the food and waterborne route is a common mode of spread of a wide range of organisms. These infections can be prevented by healthy practices.  Objectives: Are to assess the pretest knowledge regarding food and water borne infections among children studying in selected primary school at Rudrapur, to evaluate the effectiveness of structured educational strategies on food and water borne infections among children, to associate the knowledge level with socio demographic variables.  Methods: Pre experimental One group pretest posttest design was adopted in this study. Non probability purposive sampling was used to select 60 children in selected primary school at Rudrapur. Data was collected and analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics.  Result: This study revealed that pretest knowledge score was 49.06%, posttest knowledge   score 93.15%after education, children gained 44.09% more knowledge regarding food and  water borne Infections.  Conclusion: This study proved that, after intervention primary school children have a   remarkable increase in the knowledge regarding food and water borne infections. Thus, for the future outlook there is a need to improve knowledge of children by conducting teaching and    demonstration programmes.

Menstrual hygiene deals with the special health care needs and requirements of women during monthly menstruation or menstrual cycle. These areas of special concern include choice of the best “period protection” or feminine hygiene products. Menstrual hygiene management can be challenging in low income settings and among adolescent girls due to traditional beliefs, lack of knowledge and information on best hygienic practices and limited access to appropriate menstrual hygiene products. Descriptive research design was adopted for the study. A quantitative method was used to assess the knowledge and attitude towards menstrual cup among adult women. The present study involves (N=60) adult women belonging to age of 15-25 years. The present study is conducted among 60 subjects to assess the knowledge and attitude towards menstrual cup and the result reveals that 28.33 percentages had excellent knowledge and 46.66% had average knowledge, 25% had poor knowledge. The attitude of the adult women in this study reveals that 68.33% had negative attitude towards the menstrual cup and 31.66% had positive attitude towards menstrual cup. There is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test knowledge regarding the use of menstrual cup. The mean pre-test knowledge score was 12.383, variance 12.782, standard deviation 3.575 and the mean post-test knowledge score was 18.483, variance 1.34, standard deviation 1.157. The t test value was 12.675. There is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test attitude regarding the use of menstrual cup. The mean pre-test attitude score was 4.3, variance 6.145, standard deviation 2.479 and the mean post-test attitude score was 8.183 variance 1.0336, and standard deviation 1.017. The t stat value was 11.87.

Quantitative research approach was used with pre-experimental one group pre-test posttest design. The Planned teaching programme regarding prevention of hypertension in terms   of knowledge among early adults. The study was conducted at Takarma, Olpad Taluka, Surat.  The samples of 60 early adults were selected through Non probability convenient sampling technique. A structured knowledge questionnaire was prepared to assess the knowledge  of samples. Content validity of the developed tools and Planned teaching programme was established by 6 experts and necessary modification were suggested by them. Reliability of the tool was ascertained by Karl Pearson’s coefficient correlation (r) method. The mean pre-test  knowledge score was 11.72 and mean post-test knowledge score was 23.63. Significance of the     difference between pre-test and post-test knowledge was   tatistically tested using paired ‘t’  test and it was found significant at 0.05 level (t-35.38, t-2.00 respectively). There was signifi cant increase in the knowledge of the samples after administration of the planned teaching  programme was effective in improving the knowledge of the early adults.

Life starts from birth and end with the death of the individual. In Between the birth and   death there are different stages of life, where a Person faces different diseases and its problems.  Organ donation is the gracious act. It firmly believes that the organ is use of others and death is not the end, and it is another beginning. Organ is a structural part of a system of the body that is composed of tissues and cells that enable it to perform a particular function. In case, any of the organs of the human Body fails to carry out its normal function, It need surgical replacement  of the organ by organ transplantation. For some organs, the donation can be given while the healthy person is alive, in other cases; the donation is made after death. Organ donation is done by both living and deceased donors.  The present Pre experimental one group pretest and posttest research design was conducted among nursing students to evaluate the effectiveness of Organ Donation. The researcher  selected 60 samples based on non probity sampling technique. The results shown that the level  of knowledge was improved after implementation of planned teaching, which indicates the planned teaching was effective. The researcher concluded that, the teaching aids will be helpful in improving knowledge among students as well as public. The researcher recommended that,  the community education programme and personal behavior change education is required for bring awareness regarding organ donation.

Nutrient intakes in foods play an important role in couples’ fertility. Based on a famous study called the “fertility diet”, in which it was followed by nearly 18,000 women trying to conceive and were asked to track their nutrition and lifestyle habits over eight years, the results showed that specific eating pattern was associated to lower risk of ovulatory infertility and infertility from other causes. Thus, food plays a crucial role, as some of the nutrients in food can be helpful for fertility and others can be harmful to health and fertility. Nurses play a pivotal role in educating individuals and couples about the importance of a balanced diet for optimal reproductive health. They can provide evidence-based dietary recommendations, monitor nutritional intake, and collaborate with dietitians to develop personalized meal plans. Furthermore, nurses can offer emotional support and counseling to those facing fertility challenges, emphasizing the role of diet as a modifiable factor that can positively influence fertility outcomes.
