Background: The most common type of cancer in women is breast cancer. The latest data of 2021 depicts that breast cancer most frequently diagnosed in women ages 65 to 74 followed by young adult ages 15 to 39. The first noticeable symptom of breast cancer is a lump that feels different from the rest of the breast tissues. Breast Self-Examination is one of the best techniques to find any lump or nodule at initial stage. The present study aimed to teach breast self-examination technique to young girls.

Methodology: The quasi-experimental research design was adopted to achieve study objectives. Simple systematic randomization sampling technique was followed to select 60 senior secondary school girls as study participants. Self-structured questionnaire administered to senior secondary school girls and pre and post-test were evaluated to assess effectiveness of video-assisted teaching programme regarding breast self-examination.

Results: Paired t-test computed pre-test (X = 12.43, SD = 3.18) and post-test (X = 23.15, SD = 3.04) values and found statistically significant difference (t = 23.66, df = 59) at 0.05 level of significance. Hence, study results revealed that video assisted teaching programme regarding Breast self-examination was significantly effective among senior secondary school girls.

Conclusion: After the detailed analysis, this study leads to the conclusion that senior secondary school girls do have a dire need to get awareness regarding breast cancer and breast self-examination to promote regular self-check for any type breast change. Moreover, this study advocated that to teach effectively different teaching-learning techniques such as video-assisted teaching programme should be followed for most effective results.

Malnutrition and anemia are major concerns for adolescent girls. The reproductive years of life and beyond can be severely impacted by inadequate nutrition during adolescence. In India, girls frequently get married and have children before their development spurt is over, which doubles their chance of developing anemia (Chatterjee, 2008). Because of its high nitrate concentration and beta carotene content (19690 mcg/100g), beetroot juice with jaggery helps anemic individuals mobilize stored iron and raise their hemoglobin levels. Beet juice is used to relieve anxiety and is thought to have a blood pressure stabilizing effect. It is thought to enhance athletic performance, reduce blood pressure, and improve blood flow in people with diabetes. Eating beets is advised in cases of gonorrhea due to the diuretic action of beetroot juice, which is occasionally used with Amla juice added. Beetroot juice reduces diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. In addition to relieving stomach pain during periods and preventing anemia by maintaining a normal amount of blood cells, jaggery's high iron and folate content helps adolescents with a variety of menstruation difficulties. Beetroot juice aids in the absorption of iron, which raises blood counts, improves circulation, and increases erythrocytes' ability to carry oxygen.

Objectives of the Study: 1. To assess knowledge of parents regarding chemotherapy before and after administration of self-Instructional module. 2. To assess the effectiveness of selfinstructional module on knowledge regarding chemotherapy.

Methods: An quantititive research approach with pre-experimental design was used for the study. The study was conducted at selected hospital in surat. The sample comprised of 30 parents whose children are under going chemotherapy. Sample was selected by using non-probability purposive sampling technique. Formal written permission from hospital authorities was obtained prior to data collection prosses. Data was collected using a self structured questionarries.

Result: The result of the study showed that highest percentage (53.33%) of parents were in the age group of 28-30 years. Knowledge score of parents regarding chemotherapy showed that pre-test knowledge score with the pre-test mean score of (7.56%), Whereas the post-test knowledge score with a mean of (16.36%).

Background of the Study: Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY) under the overall umbrella of nation rural health mission has been launched from April 2005.1 The scheme replaces the nation maternal benefit scheme.2 It aims at increasing institutional delivery, thereby reducingmaternal and neonatal mortality.3 Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY) provide cash assistance to the mother who help her take nutrition food as well as soon with respect to medication for health of mother and new born.4,5 It also provides transportation to the beneficiary mother throughAccredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) Janani Suraksha Yojana.

AIM of the Study: The aim of the study is to assess the knowledge regarding Janani suraksha yojana among the antenatal mothers

Material and Methods: In the study quantitative approach was adopted. Pre-Experimental research design was adopted.8,7 Purposive sampling technique was adopted for the selection of samples.9 Total sample size was 60 antenatal mothers attending MCH clinic at selected community area, Surat.10 Ethical consideration was taken from the college to conduct the study.11 Data was collected between 06-10-2022 to 08-10-2022 by the tool which consist the selected socio demographic variables, structured knowledge questionnaire regarding Janani Suraksha Yojana and STP was also given on 18-10-2022 after the pre-test.12 Data analysis was done by descriptive and inferential statistics.13

Results: 15% mothers were having poor knowledge and 71.67% mothers were having average knowledge regarding Janani Suraksha Yojana. Structured teaching programme was effective in improve knowledge statistically at 0.05%.14 The knowledge score shows the statistically significant association with the education of the antenatal mothers.15
