Abstract

Healthcare forms a novel field of technological development. Smartwatches and smart bands which are in widespread use help in monitoring the health status of the wearer and have found many uses including monitoring of pulse rate, oxygen levels, number of footsteps, calorie calculator. New series AppleTM smartwatches can generate, record, and interpret ECG within seconds in an easier and reliable method. Hence it has the potential to transform healthcare.
