Accessory fissures and grooves of the liver can be either congenital or acquired. We present a case of Corset liver, a rare acquired malformation with transverse fissures and multiple grooves. Such variations should be kept in mind by surgeons and radiologists when evaluating patients of Hepaticpathology.
