Abstract

To evaluate all patients with calculus disease of the urinary tract with special reference to the clinical epidemiology including: Age and Sex, Heredity / metabolic diseasesl Environment. Urinary infection Dietary factors, Distribution of calculi within the urinary tract. To clinically evaluate all patients with thorough clinical examination, their common modes of presentation, associated urological problems and by investigating them to arrive a decision making process. To study various modalities of treatment offered at different levels of calculus impaction and finally the stone analysis.
