IntroductionI am Dr. Shubhangi Bhagwat Ghule, currently serving as the Professor and Head of the Department of Anatomy at Dr. Ulhas Patil Medical College in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
My core expertise lies in the implementation and management of the new Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum. As a dedicated Curriculum Committee Member and Phase I Coordinator, I have been instrumental in structuring the First Year MBBS time table and refining examination patterns to meet modern pedagogical standards. My commitment to educational excellence is further demonstrated by my completion of the Advanced Course in Medical Education (ACME) at KEM, Mumbai, and my active involvement as a member of the Medical Education Unit (MET) and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC/NAAC). Additionally, I have successfully completed the Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR) and CISP workshops (I, II, and III), ensuring I remain at the forefront of medical training methodologies.
As a researcher, I have published nine papers in indexed journals, with a primary focus on osteology, cranial morphometry, sex determination, and clinical anatomy. Beyond academics, I am passionate about social responsibility in medicine; I was honored with an appreciation award by the Jain Society for my active advocacy and work in Body Donation Awareness programs. I am dedicated to fostering a rigorous yet supportive learning environment for the next generation of medical professionals.
