I take pride in being a committed perioperative physician and intensivist with extensive experience in a broad range of medical and surgical conditions. I earned my MBBS from Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College Hospital and Research Centre (SVMCH&RC), Pondicherry University, where I was awarded three university Gold Medals in Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Forensic Medicine. I subsequently completed my MD in Anaesthesiology from Government Medical College Hospital, Chandigarh and have also been awarded the European Diploma in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care (EDAIC), further consolidating my academic foundation. Following postgraduation, I served as a Senior Resident Anaesthesiologist at Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Nagpur and AIIMS Nagpur – where I developed a strong interest in Organ Transplant Anaesthesia. I am currently serving as Assistant Professor in Department of Anaesthesiology at Adhiparasakthi Hospitals (MAPIMS), Melmaruvathur, Tamil Nadu. During the COVID-19 pandemic I worked on the frontlines in high-pressure and resource-limited environments, providing critical care under challenging circumstances. I am also an AHA-certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) provider. Academically inclined, I have authored publications in peer-reviewed, indexed journals and continue to pursue research and academic development actively. Beyond the clinical realm, I have worked as a medical editor and content developer with Marrow, contributing to one of India’s largest medical education platforms benefitting doctors and students nationwide.
