Introduction

I am a highly dedicated and results-focused M.D. in Pathology with over six years of comprehensive experience in both clinical practice and academic settings across India and the US. My expertise spans the core areas of pathology, including Histopathology (with proficiency in grossing and IHC interpretation), Cytopathology (performing FNAC), Hematopathology, and Clinical Pathology. I am adept at a wide range of diagnostic techniques, ensuring accurate and timely patient diagnoses, and am always eager to learn and implement new skills and technologies.

My career has blended significant teaching responsibilities for M.B.B.S. and nursing students as an Associate and Assistant Professor in India, with rigorous post-doctoral research in the United States. Currently, I am a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where my primary focus is cutting-edge research on Pancreatic Cancer. This work involves advanced Basic Science techniques such as RT-PCR, Western Blot, Cell culture, and RNA/DNA isolation, and has led to several co-authored publications submitted to prestigious journals like Nature-Scientific Reports and ACS NANO.

My diverse background, encompassing both hands-on diagnostic work in blood banking and surgical pathology, alongside intensive molecular and translational cancer research, provides me with a unique and holistic perspective on disease. I thrive in organized, challenging environments where I can leverage my detailed technical skills and diagnostic knowledge. I am driven by a commitment to advancing medical science, particularly in the understanding and treatment of cancer, and I am actively seeking opportunities that will allow me to apply my broad skill set to make a significant impact in pathology and research.
