Nine subjects out of 10 were selected for study based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The subjects were  explained about the purpose of the study and the informed consent was taken from the subjects and also from  the attendees. Baseline values of these subjects were assessed with berg balance scale and falls efficacy scale. The  subjects received strengthening exercises, balanceexercises for a period of 6 months for duration of 5days/week,  60 minutes each session. Outcome data Assessments were performed bythe berg balance scale and fall efficacy  scale were negatively correlated before and after treatment but the strength of negative correlation after treatment  was weak. The post–test values of all the subjects of berg balance scale and falls efficacy scale shows greater  improvement with p value <0.0001 considered extremely significant.Within group analysis revealed that there is a  significant improvement in balance (p value<0.0001) and reduction of fear of fall (p value < 0.0001) in subjects with  Parkinson’s disease after balance training. Myofascial release which eliminates  the fascia's excessive pressure on the pain sensitive structure and restores proper alignment.  Hence this technique is proposed to act as a catalyst in cupping therapy (CT) a traditional  chinese medicine therapy, has used for >2000 years and uses a negative pressure mechanism. the resolution of trapezius spasm. Aim: The aim of study is to compare the effectiveness of cupping therapy vs. myofascial  release technique in trapezitis caused by digitalization. Method: Total 30 patients were included in the study by simple random sampling method.  Subjects were divided into two groups with 15 patients in each group. Group A was receive  UST with myofascial release technique, Group B was receive UST with cupping therapy.  The patient was assessed pre and post intervention through visual analog scale (VAS), neck  disability index (NDI), and cervical range of motion (CROM).  Result: Data was analyzed by using paired t- test. Pre and post score were taken via VAS,  NDI, CROM. P value <0.05. Conclusion: The study concluded that both the groups has shown significant improvement  in reduction of pain and improve functional limitation and range of motion. Objective: To compare the effectiveness of modified constraint induced movement therapy versus mirror therapy  along with conventional therapy on hand rehabilitation in patients with acute and sub-acute stroke. Methodology Design: Comparative study Setting: OPD and IPD of SMIH Patel Nagar, Dehradun (UK). Participants: 30 acute and sub-acute stroke patients were included in this study and randomly divided into  2 groups 15 in each i.e. mCIMT along with conventional therapy(group A) and MT along with conventional  therapy(group B). Intervention: 30 subjects who were diagnosed with stroke onset <6 week were selected according to the inclusion  criteria. Hand function and functional ability was evaluated with the help of w/h FMUE and ARAT scores. The  subjects perform exercises in each group along with conventional therapy for 45 minutes 6 days per week for a  consecutive 4 weeks. Along with daily therapy session constraining of less affected upper extremity with a mitt was  done in group A patients. The post intervention data was compared with pre intervention data and improvement  in the hand function was measured. Outcome Measures: w/h Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Scale (sub scale B & C of FMUE) Action Research Arm Test (ARAT). Result: Data was analyzed by using paired t- test. Pre and post score were taken via w/h FMUE and ARAT. P  value <0.05. Conclusion: Modified constraint induced movement therapy and Mirror therapy along with conventional  therapy both showed improvement in hand functions on acute and sub-acute stroke patient. But Modified constraint  induced movement therapy along with conventional therapy showed more improvement in reaching forward,  grasping, manipulating objects and also improves other fine motor functions of the hand after 4 weeks of therapy.
