The advent in the cyberspace has revolutionized in terms of connecting & interacting globally. The accessibility, secrecy, accountability, integrity, seclusion of one’s own space, and the interactive, responsive nature of communications over the web has made the users far less inhibited than before especially about the contents of their messages.[15] The web has made it far easier than ever before to disseminate defamatory statements to a worldwide audience with impunity. Also committing terrorism over cyberspace has become more sophisticated with time. There have been proposed several provisions under Indian Penal Code & IT Act, 2000 for cyber defamation as well as several convictions have been made for cyber terrorism.[12,13] India is well aware of the devastating effects of cyber attack and has thus implementing audacious measures to improve its security structure.

Education is a mile stone for women empowerment because it enables them to respond to opportunities, to challenge their traditional roles and to change their lives. If social status of women is to be uplifted, education should be viewed as an agent of basic change for the status of women. Empowerment of women means equal status to women. Equal ownership of productive resources, increased participation in economic and commercial sectors, awareness of their right and responsibilities, improved standards of living and acquiring self reliance, self esteem and self confidence. Education would surely liberate or equip women with ability to take control of her life, accomplish her dreams and enhance her status; educated women are empowered women. Women and men are the two wheels of our society. Everyone should have equal rights and opportunities to service in that society.

Employee engagement shows dedication and commitment of an employee towards his work and organization. An organization needs to engage employee to achieve high performance levels and superior business results. In recent years a lot of studies have been done on employee engagement in which researchers find out various factors which affects employee engagement in the organization like career development opportunities, leadership, performance appraisal, empowerment, compensation, family friendliness, health and safety, job satisfaction, communication and culture in the organization. The present study was an effort to investigate into the relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement. That’s why there were various limitations in terms of exhaustive research, which was discussed in this part of thesis. Major issues related to organization culture and employee engagement are described in the light of their implication. Results of the present study can definitely help mentioned service sector and its organization to improve their culture to enhance employee engagement level and become more productive, competitive and employee friendly in today’s business environment. This study is likely to benefit the managers and administrators in harnessing the potential of human resources within the organization. It will also provide a framework to assess engagement of employees and tap the effectiveness to get the expected results.
