Adrenal Crisis after surgical procedure is a rare but potentially catastrophic life-threatening  event. Its manifestations, such as hypotension, hypoglycaemia, tachycardia, hypoxia, and fever mimic the other more common post-operative complications. Clinical outcome is dependent on the early recognition of symptoms.
 

Body stalk anomaly is a rare congenital anomaly, its etiology, pathophysiology and    predisposing factors are not yet known. It is a combination of multiple development  abnormalities including body wall defect and can be associated with spine, limb defects. It can
be associated with multiple syndromes like amniotic band syndrome, Limb body wall complex. We represent a case of body stalk deformity at a gestation of 13 weeks which was proven post   termination of pregnancy. Body stalk anomaly is a type of Limb Body Wall Complex and should be differentiated from other body wall defect as its prognosis is poor as compared to individual body wall defect.
 

Day care Obstetrics is a recent concept. The pregnant woman is given inpatient care on an   outpatient basis by a trained Obstetrician. This new model of care on an outpatient basis for the entire day by clinical and laboratory monitoring has been developed for high risk pregnancies like Grand multiparas, patients with comorbidities like Diabetes mellitus, Gestational Hypertension, women with history of still-birth, reduced fetal movement, anaemia or post-maturity. Day care Obstetrics unit is advantageous to women as she need not undergo hospitalisation.
 

In this study non-experimental descriptive survey design was used to assess the   knowledge of primi mothers regarding benefits of breastfeeding. The sample 100  primi mothers were selected through non-probability convenient sampling technique. The instrument used for generating necessary data was self-structured knowledge questionnaires. The obtained data was analyzed by using both descriptive and inferential statistical in terms of Mean, Median, Range, Standard Deviation and Chi square value. In the overall content area result showed that 0% of primi mother had inadequate knowledge of benefits of breastfeeding. There was a moderate knowledge 72%. There was a adequate knowledge 28%.
 

Globally, intrapartum complications are a major contributor to adverse perinatal outcomes,  including stillbirth, hypoxic–ischaemic brain injury and subsequent longer term disability. The major concern of the obstetrician is to monitor labor so as to deliver a baby who is active at  birth and goes home with its mother without any interventions. Fetal distress is a state in which normal fetal function is deranged as to cause death or permanent injury in utero within a short   time interval. Fetal distress is a syndrome complex of intrauterine fetal jeopardy and is a result   of intrauterine fetal hypoxia. In this article, fetal distress causes, risk factors and management  has been discussed. Importance of electronic fetal monitoring has been emphasized. The aim of  fetal  surveillance is to predict the potential adverse events by detecting warning signs and to undertake timely interventions to prevent fetal demise.
