IntroductionI am Dr. Jahir Mujawar, an experienced medical academic, researcher, and academic consultant with more than a decade of experience in medical education, research, healthcare, and institutional development. I am currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Dr. Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation Medical College, Ahilyanagar. My professional experience encompasses teaching and training in Pharmacology and allied medical subjects, curriculum development, practical and competency-based education, assessment, research guidance, medical ethics, communication skills, and innovative teaching methodologies. I have also been actively involved in Institutional Ethics Committee activities, research coordination, IQAC and NAAC-related initiatives, examination responsibilities, academic administration, and institutional quality improvement.
A significant part of my professional work has been associated with university establishment and academic institutional development. I have contributed to the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), academic structures, curricula, policies, committees, infrastructure planning, SOPs, and regulatory documentation for higher-education and university projects. I am particularly interested in developing multidisciplinary and skill-oriented academic programs that connect healthcare education with emerging professional requirements. Through my academic consultancy work with Concept Education, I contribute to the design and development of specialized healthcare programs, including Clinical Embryology, Andrology, Male Infertility, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory training, Clinical Research, and certificate, diploma, and fellowship programs.
My research interests include medical education, pharmacology, clinical research, reproductive medicine, embryology, healthcare innovation, and interdisciplinary research. I strongly believe in combining education, research, technology, innovation, and effective administration to build institutions that produce competent and socially responsible healthcare professionals. My long-term professional goal is to contribute to the development of high-quality academic institutions, promote meaningful research collaborations, and create innovative, internationally relevant healthcare education and training opportunities.
