My name is Dr. Vijayalakshmi, and I am a nursing academician with professional experience in nursing education, clinical practice, administration, and research. Over the years, I have developed a strong interest in academic research, scholarly writing, publication, and evidence-based nursing practice. My academic and professional experience has provided me with opportunities to teach and mentor nursing students, participate in research activities, prepare academic and research-related documents, and contribute to the development of educational resources. My areas of academic interest include medical-surgical nursing, maternal and child health nursing, emergency and critical care nursing, nursing education, nursing administration, and evidence-based practice. Till now I had published around 13 research articles in national/international journals and presented 7 research articles in conferences.
