Started career in 1999 with 20 years of  Teaching Experience & clinical experience ,Guided more than 50 under & post graduate projects.Served as Head of the department for Post Graduate program (M.P.T) from Sep 2007 to Oct 2009. Completed BPT in 1997 in RVS College of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore,completed MPT in 2006 in KMCH College of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore,completed  Phd in 2024 in  Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research,Chennai .Holds  Publications in Scopus ,web of science ,Pubmed  indexed journals (national & international)  , organized more than 5 Conferences/ Panels, presented Papers & Posters at National & International levels in conference proceedings ,Published  Patents .Awards & Honors being Best Research Paper Award, Best Academician Award (Senior) Category, Bharat Vidhya Ratan award  , Best Physiotherapist Award  , Bharat Gaurav Puraskar  , Commendation Award,Served as Resource Person & SESSION CHAIR in various institutions & in conferences ,Editor & Reviewer of various International & National Journals .Holds Life Membership in The Indian association of physiotherapists (member of world confederation for physical therapy) ,Federation of Indian Manual Therapists,Institute for Engineering Research & Publication,Association of Clinical Neurology & Mental Health,International Health & Fitness Association -Certified Pelvic Floor specialist ,Holds various Research projects , More interested in Neuro-Rehabilitation/Diabetic neuropathy, Rehabilitation of Stroke, Head Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Burns, Cancer, LASER therapy, Women ‘s Health, Sports fitness and nutrition, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Medical Education.
