Introduction


Dr. Soney M.V. Varghese is a 36-year-old Indian national, born on May 5, 1981. She is a Christian, Jacobite, and is married to Mr. Sanjoy Philipose. Dr. Varghese holds a PhD in Nursing from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, and specializes in Community Health Nursing. With 12 years of experience, she is currently the Head of the Department of Community Health Nursing at M.O.S.C. College of Nursing.

Dr. Varghese has held various academic positions, including Class Coordinator and Subject Coordinator for several nursing courses. She has also served as a member of various committees, such as the Research Committee, Disciplinary Committee, and Anti-Ragging Committee. Additionally, she has been involved in several community programs, including women empowerment, mass health camps, and school health programs.
