Introduction


Dr. Sindhura Kannappan is a highly accomplished Assistant Professor at MEASI Institute of Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Analytics. She earned her Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Madras (2022) and holds an MBA from VIT, where she was the First Rank Holder and Gold Medalist (2016-2018).With a unique foundational degree in B.E. Electronics and Communications, her expertise is strongly underpinned by advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in a wide range of quantitative and qualitative tools such as SPSS, AMOS, Smart PLS, Python, R, and Tableau.Dr. Kannappan is a prolific researcher and educator, with numerous publications, two patents, and two published books. Her significant contributions to research have been recognized through over 25 awards, including the Best Young Researcher Award and the International Distinguished Educator Award. She is deeply committed to academic leadership, serving as a Reviewer and Editor for multiple international journals.
