IntroductionMy name is Anshika Rosha, and I am currently working at Galgotias University since April 2024. I have completed my B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing from Santosh Medical College, with my specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
I also have one year of clinical experience at Max Hospital, where I gained valuable practical exposure to patient care, clinical procedures, teamwork, and the application of evidence-based nursing practices. My clinical experience has helped me strengthen my professional skills and develop a practical understanding of patient-centered care.
At Galgotias University, I am actively involved in nursing education, teaching, student mentoring, academic planning, clinical supervision, and research-related activities. I particularly enjoy teaching undergraduate nursing students and helping them develop both their theoretical knowledge and practical competencies.
Obstetrics and Gynaecology is my area of specialization and professional interest. I have also authored a procedure book on Obstetrics and Gynaecology, which is designed to support nursing students and professionals in developing their clinical knowledge and practical skills. This experience has further strengthened my interest in academic writing and the development of educational resources for nursing students.
I am also interested in research and academic development and believe that research plays an important role in improving nursing education, clinical practice, and patient outcomes.
I consider myself a dedicated, responsible, enthusiastic, and research-oriented nursing professional who believes in continuous learning and professional development. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to nursing education, research, academic writing, and clinical learning, while supporting students in becoming competent, confident, and compassionate nursing professionals.
I look forward to continuing my professional journey in teaching, research, publication, and academic development, and contributing positively to Galgotias University and the nursing profession.
