My name is Ritu, and I am currently working at Galgotias University. I have around eight years of professional experience in nursing education, teaching, academic activities, and research. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in teaching undergraduate nursing students, academic planning, student mentoring, curriculum-related activities, and research development. My professional journey began as a Nursing Tutor at Saraswathi College of Nursing, Hapur, Pilkhuwa, where I worked from October 2016 to July 2018. I later continued my academic journey at the same institution as a Nursing Tutor from May 2020 to May 2021. These experiences provided me with a strong foundation in nursing education and helped me develop effective teaching, communication, clinical supervision, and student-management skills.

At present, along with my teaching responsibilities at Galgotias University, I am working as a Research Coordinator, where I contribute to promoting research activities, supporting faculty members, monitoring research progress, coordinating research-related initiatives, and encouraging a research-oriented academic environment. Research and academic writing are among my major professional interests. I have approximately 20 research publications in reputed journals, reflecting my continued involvement in scholarly work. I have also contributed to academic literature through the publication of two books on Child Health Nursing. In addition, I have authored a procedure book related to Obstetrics and Gynaecology, designed to support students and nursing professionals in developing their clinical knowledge and practical skills.

I consider myself a dedicated, responsible, and research-oriented nursing professional who believes in continuous learning and professional development. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to nursing education and research while supporting students and faculty members in achieving academic and professional excellence. I look forward to continuing my work in teaching, research, publication, and academic development and contributing positively to my institution and the nursing profession
