Dr. Richa Dubey has completed her graduation, Masters & Ph. D. in Microbiology from Department of Biological Sciences, Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur (M. P.). Currently she is giving her services as Assistant Professor in Department of Microbiology, President Science College, Shayona Campus, Ahmedabad since 2017. She worked as JRF in a major AICOPTEX (All india coordinated project on taxonomy ) Project funded by Ministry of Environment & forest) & completed her Ph.D. in 2004. Her Ph.D. topic was “Phylogenetic Diversity of Serratia in River Narmada”. While persuing her Ph.D. she received “Student Microbiologist Award” in AMI 2003 held in Dharwad , Karnatak. She worked as Assistant Professor, Microbiology in St. Aloysius College , Jabalpur (M.P.) in 2004. After merriage she got the opperyunity to work as Teaching Assistant in one of the pretigious Universities , M.S. University, Vadodara, Gujarat for one year (2005-2006). After a long gap she has started her carrier again as a Microbiologist in VIdhi Labs, Ahmedabad, After that She worked as Visiting faculty in R. G. Shah Science College, Vasna, Ahmedabad (2015-2016). She was fotunate enough to get the opportunity of working as Resource Person in VASCSC (Vikram Sarabhai Community Science Center, Ahmedabad)from 2016-2017. Since 2017 she is associated with President Science College affiliated to Gujarat University. She has published 8 papers in reputed national & international Jopurnals. She is an active member of Student Unit in President Science College. She has received the honor of Ph.D. Guide ship of Gujarat.
