IntroductionI am Dr. Rashmi N. T., currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Child Health Nursing at JSS College of Nursing, Mysuru. I hold a Ph.D. in Nursing, along with an M.Sc. Nursing from JSS College of Nursing, Mysuru. I have over a decade of experience in nursing education, clinical practice, and academic administration, having served as a nursing tutor, lecturer, clinical instructor, and nursing in-charge before joining my current position. My areas of expertise include Child Health Nursing, neonatal care, simulation-based learning, educational technology, research methodology, and community health education. I have published several research articles in indexed journals, presented papers and posters at national and international conferences, and received Best Paper and Best Poster awards. I have also contributed as a resource person for workshops on neonatal resuscitation, first aid, and emergency care, and have been actively involved in organizing academic programmes, conferences, and faculty development activities. My research interests focus on pediatric nursing, maternal and child health, simulation-based nursing education, educational technology, adolescent mental health, and community-based health interventions. I strongly believe in lifelong learning, evidence-based practice, and mentoring students to become competent, compassionate, and ethical nursing professionals.
