Introduction


Dr. Rajpreet Kaur is an experienced Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University Main Campus, Jalandhar, bringing over 15 years of rich experience in research and teaching, complemented by 1 year of industry exposure. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (2016) from SLIET, specializing in Work and Family Life Balance Among Police Personnel." Her educational background uniquely blends management (MBA in Human Resource Management) with engineering (B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering). Dr. Kaur has a prolific research profile, including 14 international and 21 national (UGC-CARE/Indian) journal publications, 26 book chapters, and 6 published books. She is an active academic mentor, having supervised 4 doctoral theses and numerous masters and bachelors projects. Furthermore, she demonstrates significant administrative capability, having held over 60 diverse roles such as Examination Coordinator, Research Coordinator, NIRF Coordinator, and Convener/Member of various university committees and boards.
