I am Mr. Rahul Kailas Bharati, a dedicated and highly accomplished academician and administrator currently serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in Law at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Aurangabad, a prestigious role achieved through successfully passing the MPSC exam and holding the designation of a Class I Gazetted Officer under the Government of Maharashtra. My career is defined by a deep commitment to the intersection of law, science, and education, demonstrated by my exceptionally diverse and robust educational foundation, which includes an LL.M. (Administrative Law, Law and Science & Techno. & Law), an MBA (HR), an M.Sc. (Physics), and a Diploma in Civil Engineering, all complemented by my qualification in the UGC-NET (Law). I am further enhancing my expertise by pursuing a Ph.D., reflecting my continuous drive for advanced knowledge and research.

I am the proud recipient of the National Level Best Teacher Award (2019), the Award for Distinguished Academician in Higher Education (2020), and multiple Academic Excellence and Best Researcher Awards in the field of Forensic and Law. Beyond my academic roles, I was honored with the "Covidyodha" award from the Government of Maharashtra for my crucial role as a Nodal Officer in tackling the coronavirus outbreak in the Aurangabad region, demonstrating my capacity for effective leadership and social responsibility in challenging circumstances. My expertise in the digital domain is acknowledged by the Global Cyber Crime Helpline Award 2021, where I was nominated as the “Backbone of Indian Technical Academics.”
In my role, I actively contribute to the academic community through extensive research, publications, and expert talks, focusing on contemporary socio-legal issues such as Cyber Law, Forensic Science, Intellectual Property Rights, and Constitutional Law. I have delivered numerous training sessions to police personnel on topics like the IT Act, 2000, and Cyber Crime Investigation, bridging the gap between legal theory and practical application in law enforcement. My administrative roles include serving as a Selection Committee member, IPR Cell Chairman, and Coordinator for various institutional committees, alongside my duty as a venue officer and presiding officer for government exams and elections.
