Introduction

I am a dynamic professional excelling in the fields of clinical practice, research, and academics within cardio-respiratory physiotherapy. With a deep commitment to advancing healthcare, I seamlessly blend evidence-based practice with innovative research to improve patient outcomes. My expertise spans the prevention, assessment, and treatment of cardio-respiratory conditions, with a focus on integrating scientific advancements into practical care.

In my clinical work, I employ advanced techniques such as airway clearance, pulmonary rehabilitation, breathing exercises, and exercise prescription to support patients across all age groups. From prenatal and postnatal care to pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation, my interventions are tailored to address diverse needs, including chronic respiratory diseases, cardiac conditions, and post-surgical recovery. My ability to adapt strategies to meet complex and varied challenges underscores my role as a trusted clinician.

As a researcher, I actively contribute to the development of innovative approaches in cardio-respiratory therapy. My work bridges the gap between theory and practice, translating findings into actionable strategies that benefit both patients and the healthcare community. By investigating novel therapeutic techniques and their clinical applications, I ensure that my practice remains at the forefront of the discipline.

In the academic arena, I am a passionate educator dedicated to shaping the next generation of physiotherapists. Through engaging lectures, hands-on workshops, and mentorship, I empower students and practitioners to embrace a multidisciplinary and evidence-based approach. Recognized for my contributions, including the Significant Contributions Award at AIIMS, I continue to inspire progress in my field.
