Introduction

I am a highly accomplished and dedicated legal professional, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law with an anticipated submission in January 2024, following an LL.M. from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and an LL.B. from Banaras Hindu University. My academic foundation is robust, further highlighted by qualifying the UGC NET in both Law (2020-2021) and Criminology (2023). This blend of advanced legal studies and specialized knowledge in criminology underpins my commitment to tackling complex societal and legal challenges. My career objective is to leverage this unique expertise, firm determination, and positive thinking to contribute meaningfully to an organization that offers long-term growth opportunities, allowing me to fully utilize my analytical and practical capabilities.

My professional experience includes four years of active practice as a Registered Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, handling criminal and civil cases at the Delhi High Court and Civil Court from 2016 to 2020. This practical tenure is complemented by extensive research and academic engagement, particularly in the realm of cybercrime, women's rights, and technology's impact on justice. I have presented numerous papers at national and international conferences, with several publications in peer-reviewed journals and edited books on topics ranging from cyber-crimes against women and the elderly to the legal implications of AI and the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Furthermore, my commitment to academic discourse is evident in my roles as a reviewer and editorial board member for several legal and social science journals, reflecting a strong dedication to scholarly contribution.

Beyond core legal expertise, I possess a versatile skill set, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced language abilities in English, Hindi (Native), and Spanish (Proficient), which was honed through a B.A. (Hons.) in Spanish and a Residential Diploma in Client Satisfaction from Chile. I have actively participated in over a dozen Faculty Development Programs and workshops on topics like Research Methodology, IPR, and Cyber Security, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development. My diverse background, combining rigorous legal practice, advanced research, teaching, and multilingual communication, positions me as a dynamic, capable individual ready to embrace a challenging role and deliver results with full capability and determination.
