<div> I am M. Malarkodi, a dedicated nursing professional with over 17 years of comprehensive experience in nursing education and community health. Currently serving as Professor and Head of Department of Community Health Nursing at KMCH College of Nursing, I have devoted my career to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals while advancing the field through research and clinical practice.</div><div>My academic journey began with a B.Sc in Nursing from Bishop's College of Nursing, Dharapuram in 2003, followed by an M.Sc in Community Health Nursing from KMCH College of Nursing, Coimbatore in 2008. Presently, I am pursuing my PhD from Sriramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence.</div><div>Throughout my teaching career, I have guided numerous B.Sc and M.Sc nursing students in research methodologies, fostering critical thinking and evidence-based practice. My expertise spans various specialized areas including tuberculosis management through Training of Trainee (TOT) programs under GFATM, diabetes foot care from CMC Vellore, and research methodology through advanced coursework.</div><div>My research contributions are reflected in 10 publications across national, international, and indexed journals, including prestigious platforms like PubMed and Scopus. This scholarly work has earned recognition through awards for best paper presentations at national conferences and poster presentations at international forums.</div><div>As a life member of SOCHINI (Society of Community Health Nursing India), I actively participate in professional development and knowledge sharing within the nursing community. My additional qualifications include NPTEL courses and digital literacy training, keeping me updated with modern educational technologies.</div><div>My professional philosophy centers on optimizing academic knowledge and practical skills to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of nursing education. I am passionate about community health nursing and committed to preparing competent healthcare professionals who can address contemporary health challenges effectively.</div>
