Introduction

I am Dr. Madhavi Santosh Doke. I am a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Specialist, academic leader, and Ph.D. Scholar with MUHS, Nashik. Across my 18-year career, I have seamlessly bridged advanced clinical practice, cutting-edge academic leadership, and high-impact medical research. Currently, I serve as a Professor of Kinesiotherapy at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Navi Mumbai. Prior to this, I spent over 18 years as an Associate Professor at Terna Physiotherapy College.

My clinical expertise spans advanced manual therapy—including Mulligan, Maitland, Neurodynamics, and Myofascial Release—alongside specialized certifications in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). I maintain a deep specialization in Spinal Pain Management and Craniomandibular Rehabilitation for Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD). This clinical acumen is grounded in years of experience at premier healthcare institutions like Jaslok Hospital and Bhatia General Hospital.

My research portfolio includes over a decade of peer-reviewed, international publications focusing on TMD, head posture kinetics, and occupational musculoskeletal pain. Notably, I hold official copyright registrations for translating and linguistically validating the Jaw Functional Limitation Scale-8 (JFLS-8) into Hindi and Marathi. My research has earned top accolades, including 1st Prize in the Multilingual Ph.D. category at the International Conference of Physical Therapy.

I look forward to leveraging this cross-disciplinary expertise to drive collaborative clinical trials, pioneer digital health curriculums, and advance global musculoskeletal health.
