of Nursing, AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) Patna with more
than 15 years of work experience in clinical & nursing education. My area of
specialty is Community Health Nursing, nursing education, nursing management,
nursing research and health promotion. I have published many research papers in
national & international peer-reviewed journals. I am member of various
professional Organizations internationally as well editorial board member for
