Introduction


Dr. Kinjal Upadhyay is an accomplished microbiologist with over 10 years of Research experience, specializing in fermentation technology and bioprocessing. She holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and has a strong academic background, with over 6 years of teaching experience in various microbiology disciplines. Dr. Upadhyay has published multiple high-impact research articles and has expertise in optimizing fermentation processes, strain characterization, and Environmental Microbiology. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad.
