Introduction


As a dedicated and passionate nurse educator with 6 years of experience in teaching and clinical practice, I am excited to introduce myself. My name is Ms. Karamjeet Kaur, and I am a registered nurse with a strong commitment to shaping the next generation of nursing professionals. With a background in Mental Health Nursing, I have developed a teaching philosophy that emphasizes experiential learning, critical thinking, and clinical excellence. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the privilege of working with students in Mental Health Nursing, Nursing Foundation, Maternal Nursing In academic setting and clinical in neurology ward. I am passionate about creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic success, creativity, and professional growth. My teaching style is centred around evidence-based practice, and I strive to instil in my students a love for lifelong learning and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a nurse educator, I believe in bridging the gap between theory and practice, and I work closely with students to help them develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the nursing profession. I am committed to making a positive impact on the nursing profession through education and mentorship. I am excited to collaborate with colleagues and students to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and professional growth.
